No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to change the list of agencies and individuals subject to the rules regarding the exchange of information related to certain offenders with special needs.

The bill would take effect immediately if it receives the requisite two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2005.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
