HB1933 by Raymond (Relating to the licensing of certain electricians.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would extend the licensure application deadline for electricians from June 1, 2004, to December 31, 2005. According to the Department of Licensing and Regulation, there would be no significant fiscal impact.

 

The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution; otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
