No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to health benefit plan coverage for certain minimum inpatient stays following the birth of a child and post-delivery care.  Based on the analysis of the Department of Insurance any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.

This bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
