HB1970 by Raymond (Relating to reports and investigations of child abuse and neglect.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to add the superintendent of the school district to the person who should receive a report of the Department of Family Protective Service's investigation.

It is assumed that new or expanded responsibilities could be absorbed within existing resources.
