No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to add the superintendent of the school district to the persons who should receive a report of the Department of Family Protective Service's investigation.

It is assumed that new or expanded responsibilities could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
