IN RE:
HB1999 by Van Arsdale (Relating to the preparation of medical history reports by parents who relinquish children for adoption.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Department of Family and Protective Services to adopt a medical history disclosure form for persons who voluntarily relinquish parental rights regarding a biological child.  The agency indicates that this can be accomplished within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
