No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill establishes an Interim Joint Committee to study the influenza vaccine shortage in the state.  The committee would conduct studies and make findings and recommendations the committee deems appropriate.  The committee will be abolished as of January 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
