IN RE:	HB2064 by Goolsby (Relating to private club alcoholic beverage permits issued to a fraternal or veterans organization.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to private club alcoholic beverage permits issued to a fraternal or veterans organization. 

The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house.  If the bill does not receive the necessary vote, the bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
