No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

The University of Texas System projects the Student Union Fee will generate $1,172,205 in Fiscal Year 2006. Enrollment increases will generate additional revenue. The Student Union Fee will be locally assessed by The University of Texas at Tyler.
