IN RE:	HB2171 by Cook, Robby (Relating to the volunteer fire department self-insurance fund.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would establish the Volunteer Fire Department Self-Insurance Fund outside of the State Treasury as a local fund. According to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, no revenues are predicted to be deposited into the account in fiscal years 2006 and 2007.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
