No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Railroad Commission to effectively prohibit licensees and registrants for exemptions that have not resolved violations from continuing to conduct liquefied petroleum gas-related activities. No significant increase in the Railroad Commission's workload is expected.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
