No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to include an inmate's Texas Department of Criminal Justice photograph to the list of items subject to required disclosure under Texas open government laws. The bill would take effect immediately if receiving a vote of two-thirds of each house, or September 1, 2005. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
