No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends Government Code to require the Commission on the Arts to develop a cultural and fine arts district program. It is anticipated that existing resources can absorb any costs associated with carrying out the provisions of the bill.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
