No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would repeal authorization for a city to provide in its written consent for the inclusion of land in a district that an allocation agreement contract between a municipal utility district and the municipality be entered into prior to the first issue of bonds, notes, warrants, or other obligations.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
