No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would establish timelines for mailing balloting materials to members of the military and their families who are eligible to vote early by mail as a consequence of their military status. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005 and would apply only to the provision of balloting materials for an election ordered on or after that date.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
