No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would allow governmental bodies to charge for materials, overhead, and other expenses for requests for 50 or fewer pages if the same governmental body had already provided the same requestor with at least 50 pages of responsive paper records in that calendar month. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.
