HB2303 by Driver (Relating to the administration of the Private Security Act.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code to require the Department of Public Safety to designate an employee to assist in the administration of the Texas Private Security Board's duties.  The bill would also establish rulemaking procedures for the Texas Private Security Board. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
