No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill requires the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) to publish a list of invasive plant species.  This additional workload can be absorbed within TDA’s existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
