No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to allow members of the Texas Military Facilities Commission to be reimbursed for meals, lodging, transportation expenses, and other incidental expenses as provided by the General Appropriations Act. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005. Because the Texas Military Facilities Commission currently practices the policies in the bill, no significant fiscal impact to the State is anticipated.
