No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to change certain sanctions and punishments under the Texas Code of Military Justice. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005. Because all sanctions and punishments under the Texas Code of Military Justice are administered with federal funds, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
