No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the court to give a child support obligor payment credit for disability or social security benefits received by the child to the extent that such benefits are not reflected in the court-ordered obligation.
The bill presents no fiscal impact to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) other than minor updates to OAG Child Support policies and procedures.
