No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize a junior college district that has a total headcount enrollment of 40,000 or more based on enrollment in the most recent regular semester to issue bonds or other obligations to finance certain public improvements.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
