No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to allow establishments that provide 24-hour pharmacy services to be eligible to participate in the Specific Information Logo Sign Program.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Transportation, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

The bill would take effect on September 1, 2005.
