No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Government Code for clarification and to require state agencies to provide the State Library and Archives Commission copies of their state publications that are not printed or available from state agencies' respective websites and for state publications available on their websites, to include information about those publications. It is anticipated that existing resources would be able to absorb any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill.
