No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would change the progress report required to be completed by the Health Disparities Task Force at the Department of State Health Services from an annual report to a biennial report. There would be no significant fiscal impact from this change, although some savings would be anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
