HB2619 by Hegar (Relating to a program by the Office of Rural Community Affairs to assist rural areas with the establishment of emergency services districts.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code by adding an Emergency Services District Program to be administered by the Office of Rural Community Affairs.  Based on the agency's analysis, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be implemented using existing resources.

 

This Act would take effect September 1, 2005.
