No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require a municipality, when publishing notice of an election for a proposed charter amendment, to include an estimate of the anticipated fiscal impact to the municipality if the proposed amendment is approved at the election. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.
