No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require a municipality, when publishing notice of an election for a proposed charter amendment, to include an estimate of the anticipated fiscal impacts to the municipality upon passage of the proposed amendment. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.
