No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would make various chantgs to procedures relating to contested-case hearings on permit applications to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). None of the changes are expected to result in significant changes in workload to the (TCEQ) or to the State Office of Administrative Hearings.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
