IN RE:	HB2868 by Frost (Relating to civil liability for provision of alcohol to a minor.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to civil liability for provision of alcohol to a minor.

The bill would apply only to a cause of action that accrues on or after the effective date of the bill.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
