No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would allow a statutory probate court to transfer certain cause of actions relating to estates from a court to the statutory probate court even if venue for the action is proper or mandatory in the county of the court from which the action is to be transferred.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
