No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would allocate $175 million per year to higher education institutions eligible for Higher Education Fund ('HEF') appropriations. Since the $175 million in the bill would fund the HEF at current appropriation levels, it does not have a fiscal impact to the State.
