HB3081 by Naishtat (Relating to a survey of the employees of health and human services agencies.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend chapter 531 of the Government Code to add section 531.086, Employee Survey.  The bill would require the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission to contract for a biennial survey of the employees of health and human service agencies. 

The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house.  If it does not, the bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

The Health and Human Services Commission estimates no significant fiscal impact from the bill.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
