HB3094 by West, George "Buddy" (Relating to the creation of the Texas Energy Planning Council.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would create the Texas Energy Planning Council to advise the Governor and the legislature on energy issues and initiatives and to coordinate and streamline statewide energy policy. Although the Railroad Commission and other state agencies would be required to provide administrative support to the council, the cost of such support is not expected to be significant.
