No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 659 of the Government Code to allow a state agency make a performance incentive award to a classified employee for providing services to veterans. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
