No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would direct the Texas Education Agency, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Texas Department of Transportation, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Office of the Governor, and the Office of State-Federal Relations to develop and implement additional strategies that will maximize the state’s share of federal funds.
