No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require when a person is arrested and taken before a magistrate in a county other than the one in which the warrant is issued and for an offense punishable by a fine only (not including a capias pro fine warrant issued under Article 45.045), for the magistrate to obtain approval from the judge or justice who issued the warrant before taking action.
