No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require that communication between parties and witnesses for the prosecution in a criminal case regarding benefits or detriments to the witness as a result of their participation or lack of participation be disclosed to the defense at least 30 days before the trial commences.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
