No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code and require state agencies to submit reports to the Office of Vehicle Fleet Management within the Texas Building and Procurement Commission during a specified time frame. It is assumed that any additional duties or responsibilities associated with the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.
