HB3245 by Homer (Relating to allowing a governmental body to discuss matters regarding computer security in a closed meeting.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would permit a governmental body to meet in executive session to deliberate on matters relating to computer security or the security of other information resource technologies.  The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in both houses; otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

It is anticipated that any legal work resulting from the passage of this bill could be reasonably absorbed with current resources at the Office of the Attorney General.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
