No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Government Code to require the Texas Historical Commission to administer and coordinate the efforts of entities in the state on trail education, interpretation, and preservation of the El Camino Real de los Tejas National Trail. It is anticipated that any costs to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed by existing resources.
