No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would clarify provisions relating to a violation of the suspension, refusal, or revocation of hunting and fishing licenses.  The bill would add to provisions which prohibit a person with a suspended, refused, or revoked hunting and/or fishing license from hunting or fishing, during the period of suspension or revocation.  The bill would prohibit the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) from issuing a hunting or fishing license under certain court orders.  If adopted, this bill would have no significant implications on TPWD operations.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
