No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to continuing education requirements for renewal of a structural pest control business license.  The Structural Pest Control Boards anticipates an increase in workload related to course review, information inquiries and regulation preparation.  Based on the analysis of the Structural Pest Control Board, it is assumed that implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

This bill would take effect September 1, 2005.
