HB3327 by Uresti (Relating to a feasibility study regarding the provision of financial incentives to individuals who undergo training for child protective services.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission to (a) study the feasibility of providing a financial incentive to assist individuals to receive training for child protective services and (b) report the results of the study to various legislative committees by September 1, 2006.  The commission indicates that current staff would perform these duties.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
