No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) indicates that existing staff would revise the hospital licensing application form, reprogram the integrated system to collect and store information needed to produce the required report, and post the required list on the agency's Internet website. It is assumed that any costs DSHS would incur in implementing the bill's provisions would be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
