No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend various sections of the Family Code related to possession of or access to a child.  It provides a mechanism for aunts and uncles to seek possession of or access to a child and amends provisions regarding a grandparents' right of possession or access to a child.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
