No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to provide that certain dangerous wild animals in the possession, custody or control of a licensed trapper are not subject to provisions of Subchapter E, which provides for the registration of such animals, liability insurance, and other requirements.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
