SB41 by Zaffirini (Relating to the right of an employee to time off from work to participate in certain activities of the employee's child.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow an employee one hour of unpaid time off per month to participate in certain school activities of their child.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
