No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would amend the Health & Safety Code, Section 242.049 (c) and require the Department of Aging and Disability Services to adopt rules requiring all licensed nursing homes in the state to submit information designated by the department, including minimum data set (MDS) reports.
