No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Health & Safety Code, Section 242.403, and require the Department of Aging and Disability Services to require all licensed nursing homes in the state, including 26 nursing facilities that are currently licensed but not certified, to submit information to the department, including Minimum Data Set (MDS) Resident Assessments.
